In the South East corner of an arable field, West of a public footpath and 100 yards East of trig station.
OPEN All surface features remain intact a little flaking of the green paint. The site is heavily overgrown. The hatch is open. Internally the post is damp with 2" of water on the floor. There are twin bunks with mattresses and a dismantled single bed, siren box, cupboard, table, shelf, wiring and a light. The BPI was still in place, this has been removed. The post was closed between 1975 and 1983 because of problems with the landowner, Stockbridge was re-opened to replace it.
