On a low mound at the end of a long line of telegraph poles (along road) ten yards south of A890.
LOCKED All surface features remain intact with some flaking of the green paint. The hatch is locked and very rusty.
April 2016 Found unlocked. The external construction is still mostly sound, the hatch is now unlocked and opens easily with the counterweight operating correctly. Ladder solid and secure. Hand pump operational, which was useful as there was water filling the sump. Inside, damp and mould are attacking the fixtures, remaining paperwork and mattress.
