Opened in June 1961 and closed in 1992.
DEMOLISHED The Durham Control Centre is unique being a standard surface blockhouse with the administration offices on the roof. These were accessed from the top of the stairs up to the control room balcony. The building was demolished in the mid 1990’s and the site is now a car park.
